Warranty and After-Sales Service
The TAP2educate tablet devices shall be covered by a 1 year factory warranty which covers all system defects within that period. The warranty however does not cover damages caused by the user, in which case TAP2educate after-sales team shall undertake repairs of damaged devices at a very low cost.
